Barking Rocks Winery

Retaining the charm of the North Texas landscape, Barking Rocks Winery was constructed from a rock cattle barn on 4.5 acres built by Donald Bird in 1968 for the Helen Knox ranch. Owner Tiberia believes in the old world approach in producing and bottling his wines; the help of friends and family go a long way in the process. Wood from old barns located in Granbury and Comanche provided much of the materials for the construction of this homestead winery. It has been a great facility to craft wine with friends.
