Any attempt to falsify this information is a violation of all terms and conditions of this site and its affiliates as well as any laws that govern the state of Texas or any other legislation that exist within the boundaries of the United States in correlation to the direct shipping, receiving or other wise possession of alcoholic beverages. Any attempt to falsify personal information in order to obtain goods or services illegally will result in termination of any account established with Texas Wine Market and/or its affiliates as well as the nullification of all terms and conditions protecting the Buyer as well as forfeit of funds required for purchase. Order Changes
All buyers must notify Texas Wine Market in writing via email, fax or standard mail of any changes to Products which are ordered but not yet in the process of being fulfilled. After receipt of such notice, Texas Wine Market will inform the buyer of any adjustments to be made in price, delivery schedules and/or availability resulting from Buyer's requested changes. Once a product order has been filled an order may not be changed, modified or returned.

Price Revision
Prices are subject to change without advance notice to the consumer. If Texas Wine Market desires to revise its discounts, prices, points of delivery, service allowances or terms of payment but is restricted to any extent against so doing by reason of any governmental request, law, regulation, order or action, or if the discounts, prices, points of delivery, service allowances or terms of payment then in effect are altered by reason of governmental request, law, regulation, order or action, Texas Wine Market shall have the right (i) to terminate this Order by notice to Buyer, (ii) to suspend deliveries for the duration of such restriction or alteration or (iii) to have applied to this Order (as of the effective date of such restriction or alteration) any discounts, prices, points of delivery, service allowances or terms of payment governmentally acceptable. Any delivery suspended under this Section may be canceled without liability.

Return Policy
Prior approval must be obtained from Texas Wine Market or any of its affiliates before returning any Product. Texas Wine Market will assign a return authorization number and record the reason for the return. Texas Wine Market will examine returned Product to determine the actual cause, if any, leading to Buyer's return. If Product has a manufacturing defect, Texas Wine Market, in its sole discretion, may issue a credit for the returned Product or replace with a product of equal value according to Buyers request. If returned Product is not subject to Texas Wine Market warranty, Buyer will be notified upon Texas Wine Market’s Receipt of the specified Product and will be subject to all fees accrued with reshipping or replacing the specified Product. Thereafter, Buyer must advise Texas Wine Market whether or not Buyer chooses to have Product replaced at Buyer's expense.

Restocking Charges
All wine products and accessories or any other Products distributed by Texas Wine Market and/or any of its affiliates which have not been opened or used in any way may be returned to the relevant Texas Wine Market Vineyard less a twelve percent (12%) restocking charge calculated from the total sale. All returned Products require Texas Wine Market’s prior authorization to be returned and must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Items may only be return if they are the effect of a shipping error or the result of damage. Products may not be returned if the packaging seal is broken. At no time or under any circumstances is wine returnable.
